Prep® brand ethephon plant growth regulator will accelerate opening of mature unopened cotton bolls and will promote early, uniform "yellowing" of mature tobacco leaves. Prep opens 98% of all cotton bolls in seven to 14 days. It promotes coloration of tobacco leaves 24 to 72 hours after treatment.
